I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Madrid. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and waking up to the sunrise view to the east through the big windows was a delightful experience. The location was within 15 minutes of everything, making it extremely convenient. The only drawback was that some staff members at the reception were not as warm or accommodating as I would have liked.
